@lovelymommylumps, I bought tulle!! I buy it like this....in a 6" spool! They last forever when made of tulle, tissue can tear and get ruined. I hung them in the nursery.

@lovelymommylumps, so you want to first cut about 8 inches of tulle and set it aside (you'll use it later). Then start to wrap your tulle around a book over and over about 15-20 times. Slide it off the book, pinch the middle and use the extra piece of tulle to tie it in the middle. Now you have to cut the edges because they will be loops instead of individual pieces. I usually trim the edges. Then you can pull each piece apart to start making the Pom shape. Mine were small because I didn't want them taking over but I think I would make small and large next time around....
