Try an ice pack on the back of your neck, it may help constrict the blood vessels. I usually will take 2 Tylenol, grab an ice pack, turn out all the lights and get comfy. if it doesn't go away I'd maybe call your doc they can prescribe you something for headaches.
@reaganmommy2015, sometimes as long as your keeping your gestational diabetes managed than a coke isn't to bad, or a cup of coffee. the caffeine sometimes is what helps with a headache, I don't have gestational diabetes because I am hypoglycemic to begin with but they also told me to try 2 Tylenol and something with caffeine in it.
@bhumes, definitely try some caffeine then, and again ice packs on the back of your neck. if that all doesn't work definitely call your doc. see that works for me most of the time but sometimes I get migraines so bad I can't tolerate noise and light so my doc prescribed me fiorect. it's a mix of Tylenol, caffeine and something else but that helps when all else fails.
