anyone else have this problem? my face is red and kinda warm but I'm not sick. I'm 10 weeks 1 day.

My face, especially my nose and ears turn red when I am hot. It's just the increased blood that you have, and the increased hormones. Try an ice pack on the back of your neck to see if that helps with the redness

okay thank you it's weird because the rest of my body is cold and my face is red and hot

@tylersbaby30, yeah it could just be your hormones as your body is trying to give your baby what it needs to develop. If it gets to where your really concerned you can always call your doctor. I eat a lot of Popsicles to help cool me down a bit cuz when your feet and head are hot it can make you miserable.

I seemed to get hot flashes a lot while pregnant. I felt the way you described .maybe that's what thats happening?

thank you @twinmammatobe I'll try the popsicles and it sure does. @firstbaby_girl yes that could be it at times I have to stay under the a/c because I stay hot.

@tylersbaby30, I broke one of our upstairs a/c cuz it couldn't keep up with how cold I wanted it, so I have 3 fans blowing on me also. I'll be so glad to not feel so hot all the time. Drinking ice cold water helps to. I've even wrapped ice packs around my feet to help cool me down lol!

haha I have fans also and I know I'm only 10 weeks and 1 day so glad it's almost fall .
