So it says I have a notification from @preggie_usa but it keeps showing this

Please tell us more so we can help. Are the notifications for messages? What type of phone are you using?

I have an iPhone and it has a purple present icon and just says @preggie and no it's just a normal notification. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't work either
