👋🏻 hey ladies!

First I want to say how happy I am for all of those who have had their babies and those who have progressed further along! The day will be here before you know it, enjoy the time now, as uncomfortable as you may be. My heart breaks for the other mothers who are sadly traveling in my shoes...who have also lost their baby. Lost their hopes and dreams. I understand and am here for every single one of you if you need me. To all the new moms-to-be on here who may not know me and my situation, my daughter was stillborn on June 10th and I've obviously taken a break from Preggie.

Anyway, I just wanted to pop in again, like i do from time to time to give an update.

I met with a high risk pregnancy doctor and went over my blood test results. I have an elevated antithrombin 3 which means I have a clotting disorder...hence the cause for clot in her umbilical cord. I was told to start on a baby aspirin immediately (a blood thinner) and given the OK to TTC whenever we wanted.

Once I get a BFP pregnancy test and see the doctor again for the 8-10 week check, I'll be started on Lovenox...a daily injectable blood thinner I will have to inject into my abdomen. 💉

This doctor promised me a healthy full term baby and I truly believe he will make that happen. He is fully committed to his career and one of the best doctors I have ever met. To be able to put a grieving mother's heart and mind at ease is a God given ability.

I so much appreciate all the prayers, thoughts and check-ins over the last 2 1/2 months. It's a slow excruciating process but we have answers now...so many people in our position do not get answers, and we are starting to move forward.

Hopefully in a few weeks I'll be back on Preggie for good 🙏🏻💟
