What's L&D and D&C?

I think l & d is labor and delivery ? Or I would guess ??

L&D means labor and delivery

D&C is what you have done at a doctor's office when you're having a miscarriage

You can have a D&C for many reasons. I had to have one to remove my Mirena. And they aren't done in the doctors office because it is minor surgery that you need to be put under for😉
