thank you ladies! & @chela915 it's just browned hamburger meat, minute rice(cooked), pinto beans, corn, tomato sauce all thrown in the crock pot til it was all hot. with garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, a lil salt n pepper. topped with shredded cheese, green onions, and avocado 😊
