I called my insurance company and they gave me the number of the company they use for pumps, so my doc faxed them a prescription for one, and it's all covered

Some do, mine did. It doesn't hurt to ask. I called the insurance company myself and they asked if I wanted to buy one and they pay me back or order from one of their suppliers online.
