hey girls..im chinea..heres little bit about me...im from peoria Illinois so ill like 2 get more mommy friends from peoria but any where will be fine 2 ;) but my hubby and I been trying for an year..i have had an miscarriage bout 6 months ago..but ive had my period august 12th,2015 till august 15,2015..so when will i ovulate? plus any food or anything help u concive? anything will help thanks ladies

If you have a 28 day cycle you will ovulate about 14 days after the first day of your last period.

Its easier when u dont think about it. I had misscarage last year. I found it on my bday. We were trying after for maybe 6-7 months, and nothing happen. I was paranoid. Went to docs to find whats the problem. Then I found one doc so she toldme, u have to let it go. Dobnt put it in ur head dont be crazy about ir. And other advice she gave me to have sex one day yes one day no. She was talking about sperm that it has to renew or smth else. After I went to her, I promised myself that I would just live one day at the time and if its gonna happen it will, exactly next month I found that I pregnant.
Download an ovulation app. That's how I kept track of periods and knew when I was ovulating.
i know but its so hard :/ this will be my 2nd child but my husband's first..he just gets super sad when i get my period :(
