gonna have to switch your face wash. Mary Kay has good stuff. I also use Neutrogena sensitive face wash. I've use acne free in the past too its pretty good. just need to change it up. get oil free moisturizer use that too.

dove soap can dry out your face which can cause your pores to over produce oil which causes a clog/pimple.

I use that morning glow scrub makes waking up so much nicer. in the first part of my pregnancy I use to have a lot of pimples not my face is smooth but always warm and dry which I use a ice pack to deal with no biggie lol

thank you @jomommaclark i normally have really oily skin and ive used dove to make it dry but never got the pimples it kinda worked out so ok ill try a change and see what happens.

while pregnant I never got the "glow" my face was awful the while time! but after I've had Sadie it's all cleared up except eery now and then

I've also dealt with oily skin. the acne free worked best at that time. they have a kit at Walmart is about $20. totally worth it.

Mary Kay has a microdermabrasion kit that is awesome when used with the face wash and moisturizer. more expensive though. I'd go the cheaper route first.
