I'm not sure how much you need, but there may be some books near the yarn where you can get an idea of how much yarn they use for baby blankets. And what size hook.

@tattie, one question how much yarn for an infant blanket on average, I don't wanna not buy enough yarn then need to try and find more

though it takes some getting used to its kinda slippery but after like 5 min you don't notice anymkre

i just finished a baby blanket with ored heart but felt it was a little heavy lol so im starting one with bernat i liked this one better so much softer in my opinion @ak16 just walk around and feel all of them pick ur favorite (:

or ored heart is good too but i think that would be used more for like adult blankets
