but they don't feel like braxton hicks contractions this are really strong

You could be having Braxton hicks and the baby is sitting o. Your bladder. You will know when time comes

Possibly... With my son I was using the bathroom almost every 30-45 minutes and then went into labor... My water was leaking and never broke...
