I'm 31 weeks on Friday & already dilated to 1cm. 😳 is that normal?

yeah that's normal cause I am 38 weeks and I am still 1cm dilated

This may sound like a stupid question, but how did you know you were dilated? I mean, did you have to ask your doctor to check or did you feel something different and asked to be checked ? Lol im sorry @landensmomma

I got checked at my appointment on Friday cause I was having contractions all week last week. Lol. @blueberrybrewing

You can look on line but I dont recommend you check your self for safety reasons. I do because I am a nurse, but that's up to you.

I'm 30 weeks and dialated a cm, and she can feel my daughters head already too. Not sure if this is normal.
