thank you ladies, I heard that semen helps so I've had my boyfriend empty out into me numerous times a day & when hes not around i use a bullet for the orgasm....but nothing is happening. Last week I went to the dr and her words were "oh no girl, your cervix is way high, this baby is no where ready to come out" :(

yes. your orgasm can help jump start and/or make contractions stronger
