morning walk, its so fresh and cool..i hate the sun and how it drains me so i love days like this, i can sit outside and enjoy the cool breeze. i started walking as dr ordered, some freak decided to follow me last night when i tried to walk around the block and so that will not be happening again. wish my hubby would walk with me but hes on his feet 10hrs a day. now just to be safe i'll walk the front block of my house.
