Helppp!! I've had 3 occasions in the past two days that I've woken up to find Alaura face down physically struggling.. She wouldn't turn her head at all, so each time I've picked her up and kind of gave her a little shake on the stomach or something to wake her up fully and she took several big breaths and FREAKED OUT from the way she was breating im asumming she had been that way for a few minutes at least. She is not turning her head to the side when she's sleeping, and I'm afraid she's going to suffocate.. what do I do?.. She's 5 months old tomorrow, she should know to turn her head, but her development is also behind.. so I'm assuming she doesnt! I messaged my doctor but I thought I'd see if anyone on here had some advice..

I don't have any advice because I have no idea what I would do in that situation but just wanted to say I'm praying that you figure it out and that she either stops flipping over in her sleep or figures out how to move her head or roll back over!!! 🙏🏼💓

Girl I would be too!! :( I would probably call her doctor and see what they say, also try googling it because I'm sure people on the Internet have had similar problems! 😕

Get a baby merlins Magic sleep suit...she won't be able to roll over in it ☺️

No...its like a transition out of a swaddle I have a friend who swears by it bc her daughter freaks out if she rolls onto her tummy in her sleep

There are a lot of places like target and babies r us that cell this thing that she can lay in between and she won't be able to turn over. It has a wedge on each side so she can't turn over. I'll try to find a picture for you.

Here is one. Just look up baby sleeping wedge into Google and you'll find a lot. :)

You're welcome ☺️ hopefully it works for you ! We've never had that problem but I'm sure it's terrifying !
