i have my gluclose test on monday an really would like to know how it taste like was it a durable taste or did you have a hard time drinking it because it was so sweet?

I think it really depends on you, don't get me wrong mine was an orange flavor but SUPER sweet, it was gross but I kept telling myself you throw it up your gonna have to retake this test. just breath through it

@quansmommy, you'll be ok did ur doctor tell u to eat anything specific or not to eat anything before the test

what @shena5 said I felt terrible too I slept for hours after I got home from that test if u work that day u might wanna take that day off
@shena was it like a you had to through up bad? ik when i eat things with a lot of suger it makes my stomach feel qweezy

to me it tasted like flat sugary soda or extremely sugary koolaide. The first time I got lime and the second time I got orange and I didn't like either one. I've heard the fruit punch isn't too bad
@quansmommy, for my 1 hour test I had the Orange flavor & for my 3 hour test I had the fruit punch flavor they were both equally gross to me I was so mad when I failed the 1 hour test knowing I had to drink that nasty drink again for the 3 hour test

Yea I had mine last week and I had the orange it wasn't bad at all to me
their really not bad when their cold I always got the orange one that one isn't that bad
It's like drinking a flat soda I personally preferred lime over the Orange

Everyone had me nervous about how awful it was going to be and it was no where near as bad as everyone said. Tastes like flat pop no matter what flavor it is. You should be fine. The 3 hour was a little harder just because you have to go so long without eating.
