It makes me sad sometimes to see the grandpas being a grandpa to kids because my dad was never really a dad to me, and he doesn't play with my kids it's rare if he will read a book to my oldest, he barely even held my kids. My moms boyfriend of 3yrs acts more like a grandpa and calls himself Papi with pride. I'm glad to see there are grandpas out there that aren't this way though because I wish my kids had half the grandpa as most.

@jomommaclark, I know I think the worst part is he has lied for so long he believes it and to know your parents had lied for that long to you is even worse
people say shit to make them feel better about themselves even if they are not true.

My dad has never taken us anywhere we never did anything as a family, like anytime we went to parks or sixflags never came, my dad doesn't do dishes, doesn't cook, doesn't go to the grocery store, he won't do anything, yet he wants to complain about people... But be acts more like a dad to my half sister who him and his new wife had when I was 4.
My kids ask about my dad all the time but he's too busy with his own life like he was when I was a kid.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
