Thanks @123tommyanddorismew , I'm supposed to be 7 weeks today instead of around 3 - 4 weeks so atleast I'll know a little bit more if I see no baby :) shouldn't they be able to see a sac of some sort though? x

at 7 weeks you should see a gestation sac and possibly a teeny baby and hopefully heartbeat. It'll likely be a transvaginal scan as everything is still so early. good luck xxx

How did you manage to get a scan in the end ?

yea hun @tuftyturtle, they couldn't see a sign of pregnancy however my blood test came back at 200. so she said she thinks I'm 4 weeks gone which would explain not being able to see anything. she is waiting for my progesterone ter to come back she said if it's lower than 20 it's a miscarriage, between 20 - 60 unknown and I'll need another blood test and if it's over 60 the pregnancy is healthy.
