Really trying hard to train myself not to sleep on back but isn't working. Any tips?! X
You don't have to worry about sleeping on your back until the baby is a lot bigger :) :) :) If I have to change sleeping position. I wake up. So I can choose whether to sleep on my back, front or other side :) But I know a lot of women change position in there sleep :) :)
I slept on my tummy till I popped out. wish I still could I might be able to sleep at night! xx.it causes no harm to the baby x
when u get to the stage of needing to stay on ur side, put a pillow behind u to stop u rolling over. I have lifelong back issues so i have to lay flat out on my back sometimes, so don't worry if u wake up occasionally and find uve rolled over x
I've been the we throughout my pregnancy. the thing is I can go to sleep on my side but always wake up on my back so I can't really stop it happening. I'm 36 weeks and haven't had any problems at appointments or anything so don't worry to much. I think they only really say that for when your baby starts to get big, and their weight is heavy enough to push down on that nerve vein thing what ever it is. dont worry to much about it atm
Dont worry about how you sleep just yet hun 😊 as long as you're comfortable its not a problem xx
You don't need to worry about it yet chick baby has loads of room xxx .. When you start getting bigger you will find it neally impossible to sleep on your back anyway because of the pressure so try not to worry xxx
