hmm, my Dr did a pap smear while I was still bleeding at my 6 week check up, it was uncomfortable and nasty but I wanted it done just incase and after that everything else was normal so I hope it stops sooner for you then it did for me!

I'm taking the mini pill since I'm breastfeeding and he told me it was supposed to stop my period but it didn't. I have nonstop bled since I gave birth. He scheduled me a pap for next week and I can't get it done if I'm still bleeding... @calliesmom

Went through the same thing! got the depo and that surely didn't work but now that I'm back on the pill it has stopped! bled for almost 3 months, but the Dr didn't worry
