they have these wedge seats that are amazing. I'm so sorry they are having a rough time. I have 10yr boy twins. neither of them had reflux but I started babysitting 3 month old twin girls when my boys just turned years one of them had it and boy it is not easy. I pray the meds kick in quickly. burp a lot and keep their heads elevated.
