I got a letter in the mail saying I am commanded to appear in court in 5 days to testify on behalf on the plaintiff (the city-which i don't even live in by the way) and the defendant is my ex who I called the cops on 7 months ago for cracking my windshield. I don't even know if thats what it is about though.. It doesnt say. Why would they just now drag it out..And I really don't want to go to court. Will I get in trouble if I dont go. This is sooo old and I dont really care about it anymore.
