Hi Everyone, has anyone used a clear blue digital pregnancy test and they were not as far gone as the test said they…

yh I used one. they only give you like a rough estimate. on the information leaflet in the box they say about the results and it says what the test shows and then what the doctor/midwife will say it as. mine said 2-3 but I was around 4-5 weeks from my last period.

I see, basically I heard you add 2 weeks onto the weeks it says so it came up 1-2 weeks so I would be 3-4 weeks pregnant. however I was told that I had a misscarriage 2 weeks ago and that I would only be 2 weeks pregnant if I caught after the misscarriage. however my tests are showing up positive and I didn't know that could happen at just 2 weeks pregnant.

it could show there's still pregnancy tissue/baby in the womb id book at the doctors as the hospital told me when I miscarried to do a test two weeks after and if it was positive it could be the tissue and stuff left behind @ceecee190 xx

Hi @harlie_kariss when I had the misscarriage I had blood tests done and my tests were all negative. Up until a few days ago when I started feeling ill and got negative to now positive tests 😕

@harlie_kariss, I've been to the docs so many times but I signed up with a new doc who will see me on thurday so fingers crossed that I get answers!

thats abit strange maybe its just a positive test then id still get in touch with your gp as soon as and get some extra monitoring etc but apart from that I wouldn't worry :) xx @ceecee190

id get your new gp to retest maybe take a sample with you and hopefully everything will make sense :* xx

@harlie_kariss, I know! and yea I definitely will I have an appointment next week so I'm trying not to worry. I need early scans aswell as I had an eptopic in may so I'm just trying to make sure this baby is in the right place. Thanks :) xx

im sure everything will be fine I miscarried in November after an abortion in may and this pregnancy is going better im 16 weeks now and baby seems massive and everything will be fine (: just keep thinking positive I know its hard xx

I found out new years Eve and got told I was 5 weeks pregnant :) now 37 weeks with a lovely cheeky baby boy! :) xx

Aww I know! time goes so fast, by the time you blink your baby boy will be here, it's so amazing! I can't wait till i get my pregnancy book and see my midwife. I should be having an early scan in 1 to 2 weeks aswell so im excited! My bump was the best part of my pregnancy with my son 😍 I can't wait to feel those kicks! @denisej96

Sometimes you can ovulate later that you would have expected :) That could mess with the dates :) When it says 1-2 weeks it means you are 3-4 weeks. :) But it says that it is based on a 28 cycle. So if you have a cycle more than 28 days. Then the conception time on the test won't be accurate :)

Is it true that you have to have alot of hormones for clear blue digital to work? and that if I was only 2 weeks pregnant it wouldn't pick it up as I was told by my doctor that I had a misscarriage 2 weeks ago and that I would only be 2 weeks pregnant atm 😕

@ceecee190, yeah I have everything pretty much set up, ready for him to be brought home ☺ getting inpatient now when I walk past his room 😧 but I can't wait! definitely take weekly bump photos as that's what I've done and the change is amazing! xx
