I suffer :( in fact I did a YouTube video all about it (my YouTube channel is just my name jade Stallworthy) if you wanted to check that out. Unfortunately due to my horrible work circumstances I have been put back on medication. safe dose for baby. But I would advice meditation, easy yoga poses and just breathing through the anxious thoughts! <3 xxx
I've suffered from anxiety for years! Sometimes I would have panic attacks! Scary! I just try and relax and stay positive :) Meditation is good! My boyfriend always tells me to do that :)
