I only got to take one or two photos of him when we got to the hospital because they took him upstairs to "transition". which is an observation nursery. he's doing great but its procedure that they watch him for at least two hours before they transfer him to the regular baby nursery.
no. I was 36 weeks so I guess the wanted to just be on the safe side & watch him. but he's breathing fine & is doing well. so after they observe him they will move him to the same floor as me & put him in the regular baby nursery
This is gonna sound stupid. I'm asking my nurse the next time she comes in..... but what are the usual reasons people choose to have their babies sleep in the nurseries ??? I finally got wolf to sleep... the lady came in to test for jaundice or something. I asked her if she could do it later cause it took forever to get him to sleep. Top two is the nursery, bottom two is in our room. Mini crib given to us! How many mommas have their baby in the room with them? How long did that last before transitioning to their own room?

Last night, December 8th, 2015, at 9:58pm, our sweet precious baby boy was born sleeping. We spent 5 wonderful hours with him: holding him, talking to him, singing to him, mourning him, praying for him, and weeping over him.
