this is my first time ever delivering a baby naturally without any pain medication. it was so overwhelming but wow what an experience. I'm just glad that its over and that my baby is healthy.

I didn't have a choice. I called the ambulance to take me to the hospital. my baby was born in the ambulance. @babyn2015

Wow thats amazing! I tried so hard to go natural but by the time i was at 8 1/2 cm I had to get the epidural. I was in so much pain! First baby so I had no clue what kind of pain to expect. It was amazing though. Your strong 👌🏼 I can't imagine going the rest of the labor no medications
