its probably a cyst. I had one on the side and I asked the doctor and she said females get them because were so moist down there. it will pop on its own, just keep warm rags on it when it does and try to wear loose underwear/pants

ive been really moist down there during pregnancy

@kelseys, I'll keep an eye on that it doesn't hurt so I think it could be a cyst now that I think about it
