Is it okay for baby's heart beat to drop to 110-114??? Matt is freaking out. I'm still here at hospital on monitor and we lost his heart beat for awhile and then I started moving the piece to find his heart beat and that's what it's giving us. It's normally in the 140-160

So today at the docs the nurse heard the heart beat and said oh 152 and it's a really fast heart beat sounds like a girl to me :) soo um we will see lol

Ladies please help I’m freaking out I’m no doctor or anything but my son was breathing weird so I started to listen to his check he was breathing like he held his breath then breathed super deep well I decided to listen to his heart it’s 84 beats a minute while sleeping but his heart doesn’t sound right it beats super fast then completely stops for about 4-5 seconds I’ve never heard this before like for that time I can’t hear any beating or anything in there I’m scared what should I do

I've never had my baby's be that low, but I've read that the closer you are to being due the lower it will get. Are the nurses saying anything?

Also, he may have turned and might be laying on his cord or something, don't panic because it could be the he just moved in a funny position

Generally the nurse will come in as soon as the machine doesn't have the heartbeat anymore, call for a nurse

Wtf are you kidding me. I would be bitching them out. As soon as you get home start walking or get on a bouncy ball, or do squats. I cannot believe them.

My doctor always told me a good heartbeat is 120 and above for a baby.. You should really get someone to check that out ! @mommytomaximus

I would ask a doctor normally it supposed to be anywhere from 140 to 190

this girl on my instagram went through that in October and the doctor sent her home and told her that was normal and three days later she found out her baby passed away. please get a second opinion love just to be safe . @mommytomaximus

my doctor just told me anything under 120 they have to monitor you and the baby. he also might be sleeping . I would go to get a second opinion. and , by them just telling you without admitting you overnight to check out the problem is definitely odd. @mommytomaximus
