Okay so I get in the car put the kids in there car sits.and I start to drive and my 3 year old nephew looks at me and says " auntie!!"

And I'm like "yes Jacob" he says "I took a poop". It hasn't been ten minutes in the car and he took a poop. And I'm like omg I turn the car around go back to my house Chang the two boys get back in the car and now I'm sitting at the doctors office with a 3 year who wants to run around and play with everything and a 6 month old son that wants to grab everything off the table in front of me while I sign papers at the docs. And on top that I'm 16 weeks pregnant with twins
