Honest company is seriously pissing me off...got my diaper bag today, now to send it back

@alye27, The shipping alone to send it back would have been almost a grand. So, besides laziness, it was probably not cost effective.

Once, I wrote to the company explaining why I wasn't happy with something but expected more, and they reimbursed me for the item, and sent samples and coupons!

@alye27, Yup, I hate it when companies take advantage of consumers simply by selling non quality goods. My mom recently got an entire leather sofa recliner for free from overstock. She spent 2G's on a leather recliner sofa for my stepdad. They deliver it and how about the handle to the reclining function was sticking out of the sofa! They asked her to send it back... um, ok my mom's 63 years old and sure as hell can't repackage an entire sofa... they told her to keep it and they sent her another one! Bwahahahaha

@alye27, If they have a FB page, I would post about your experience with them. My sister does it when she's had horrible experiences and tends to get compensated so the company can save face.

That would really piss me off too. Those bags are not cheap so for the price I would expect it to be perfect. I picked up a cute diaper bag during the Nordstrom sale for only $40 and it is really cute
