Okay ADVICE PLEASE!!!!!
I'm a first time mommy. I'm 18 weeks today and my boobs leak. not like a spot but seriously like pour out liquid. it's been going on for about 10 min now. they felt so sore and engorged so I told off my bra and then liquid just comes out.

It's colostrum. And very common during pregnancy to leak. Get nursing pads or milkies milk savers. Those will catch the leaking colostrum that can then be frozen for later consumption by baby. Colostrum is the most nutritious and anti body full form of milk you'll ever produce. It would be great to have on hand when baby gets sick

that's colostrum coming out. its totally normal. you should take a warm shower to realeve some of your engorgment. and don't wear beaa with wire in them. try sorts bras.
