C-section Ladies! I am a week PP and my incision site is slightly swollen. I think I just did too much walking yesterday. It isn't bad but if I'm laying down and move to get up it has intense sharp pains. What should I do??? Should I ice it? I put the compression band back on me.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

@angelmommy, I have been in skirts and dresses haha I wore my maternity pants today and probably the wrong underwear or something because it is bleeding a bit now 😣

wear comfy pants haha that's what I did for the first few weeks. after that I still wore high waisted panties lol

lol I'm 6 months pp and still tender in that area. my pants rub it and that makes it sore

Okay thanks @angelmommy I go see her at the NICU twice a day and I have to walk super far just to get to the elevator in the hospital to get to the NICu. Usually I use a wheelchair but yesterday I was feeling really good so I thought that I could totally do it. Well I guess that was a bad idea lol

that happened to me and all I did was rest. my son was in the nicu for 5 weeks after my c-section so it was hard to rest because if I wanted to see him I had to go from the 3rd floor of the hospital to the first. but if its possible try to rest as much as you can.
