Does any mummy's out there have any good tips to help get babies head more engaged? I've got 13 days till my due date and wanting my birth plan to go ahead without any medical interface (waterbirth)

Just move your hips as if you were doing it with a hula hoop but slower, do like 10 each way! I heard it made someone go into labour! Didn't work for me tho haha xx
