@mssjudyk, because when be was born, he wasn't breathing. and he started grunting, trying to help himself breathe(mosr babies are born like that apparently) and it's just now starting to go away. he couldn't keep his mouth latched on. and he literally lost 6 ozs before we left the hospital.

Do not feel bad about it formula now-a-days is just as good as breast milk. My daughter's NICU drs have told me that many times. 😊

well don't feel bad now! you are a great momma, he's been given the best in an emergency situation. he's a blessed baby to have a momma like u :-)
