you could go to your local health store or any pharmacy and get a netty pot. those are great.

The stuffy nose is because I'd the extra fluid your body is producing. I'm perpetually stuffed up on one side since I've been pregnant. Saline sprays seem to be the safest recommendation.

i live with vicks in my hand, it helps. hope u get some relief.

Get a vaporizer or what my mom used to do is fill the tub with hot water and add few drops of eucalyptus oil and that usually clears me up instantly.
