I always hurt after i bounce on the ball because it puts the baby so low but that's what you want lol

Don't drink castor oil! My midwife says raspberry leaf tea is safest oh and talk to your baby in a calm voice . That's what I did and went into labor that night lol

ive been walking like crazy and bouncing on a ball. im way too scared to try castor oil or a laxative because I read that if your baby goes into distress they can poop in your uterus and if they swallow or breath it in it can cause really bad things to happen

Castor oil won't work unless you're in early labor already and most of the time it just makes you poop..

I pumped and 4 hours later was in labor

I did it with my daughter, but idk if it worked and the more I read about it I was scared after I took it! But my water did break naturally about 10 hrs later and I went into full labor!
