Anybody have any advice on how too shift a migraine . I am 14 weeks 4 days and my headaches are that bad there making me sick and it's not helping that my other 3 kids are all off school !! Paracetamol is just not even taking the edge off it at all 😔

You are able to take co-codamol that might be better than what your taking, lots of water helps also I rub alittle Vicks vapour rub between the eyebrows and top of nose and temples that seems to shift it x
