you need to make it a priority especially while pregnant. getting dehydrated can send you to the ER so fast. watermelon, tea, flavored water counts as water. that could be why you're cramping. drink up lady! also if you're ever worried about something do not hesitate to call your dr office to leave a message for the nurse.

are you hydrated? need to drink half your body weight in oz of water a day.

It's very normal to feel cramping. I had cramping that hurt terribly but it was normal.

I had cramping also. Doctor said it was okay as long as there wasn't any bleeding associated with it

Period Cramps During Pregnancy??

Period Cramps During Pregnancy?? This is my first pregnancy and I'm just curious about my cramping. I've heard and been told multiple times that it is normal to experience cramps that feel like your starting your period. Well. Here's my question. If I always had TERRIBLE cramping during my periods, would my pregnancy cramps, (that feel exactly like period cramps) also be a lil more painful?? Or should they still be pretty mild? Trying to figure out if the "little more than mild" cramping is normal!!
