I had planned on taking the full 12 weeks, but in getting a lot of pressure from my bosses to come back as soon as I have the baby. My new plan is to work until my due date, then work from home as soon as I am home from the hospital, and return to the office at least part time shortly after that. So, they won't have to cover me with a temp.

I'm plan on working until my due date, and returning 2-3 weeks after I have her...but I'm able to bring her to work with me, or work quite a bit from home.

Like during maternity leave your gonna work somewhere else?
