Ummm odd.. I get maybe cuppy because some kids say that on their own but the farthest I will go is "night night" everything is called by it's proper name or I'm correcting you Idc how old you are lol

We never talked baby to my daughter and she's got an advanced vocabulary because of it!

I use bink for a pacifier and I never really used baba hahaha. I always said cup for some reason!!

I think if you teach your child to understand things like that then they have a harder time learning the actual words later on and not using "baby talk". Ppl tell me all the time my kids dot understand what I'm talking about 😒 but trust me they do or my oldest wouldn't have been having convos at one 😂

I have used the term potty I will ask my dogs do you have to go potty lol someone around me said it and it stuck with me

@jrose114, potty isn't that bad tho. I feel like it's not so much and it's easier for kids to say "potty" rather than bathroom. Or restroom at first!
