I recently had a miscarriage, I had my D&C on June 18th, my Dr said that after I had my first menstrual cycle I could try again. Well I believe I may be possibly pregnant again. I hope and pray that this is true and that my body can handle carrying a baby so soon after my miscarriage. Has anyone had this happen to them? Getting pregnant a month and a half after a miscarriage?

@kansasstategirl, Sorry for your loss... I had a miscarriage (at 6 weeks) that started on 3/4 & stopped bleeding on 3/7 of this year. Luckily I didn't require a d&c....My dr told me that I you could start back trying after my first cycle. But... it never came. I took a clearblue easy digital pregnancy test on 4/1 & it was positive! The dr's couldn't explain how I got pregnant when there was no signs of ovulation since my period never came. I am now 23 days & 3 days along. The body is a very unexplainable thing sometimes!
I sure hope that I am, and that everything goes smoothly. I haven't went to the Dr yet, just took an at home test. I'm going to take it easy and try not to stress. Thanks @cameryn_cameronsmom2016
I had a miscarriage in 2013 and I got pregnant 4 months later
I had one and didn't wait for my cycle to come on and now I'm 39 weeks
We were trying after my first period but didn't happen right away.. just take it easy....
I got pregnant the 3rd cycle after my miscarriage.
I was only 5 weeks 6 days when I miscarried and didn't know until I was 8 weeks, so pretty early miscarriage.
I had the procedure done with my twins Dec 22nd and conceived april 24th...

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
