is it ok to start walking at 30 weeks ? I said I wasn't going to walk or anything until I'm 30 weeks....just want my body ready for my child when I have to push :-/
It's fine haha. if your water breaks just walk home and call your doctor. at least if the water breaks on the road you don't gotta clean nothing up lol. My cousins water broke at 38 weeks on a walk and she just said "oops" Lol then walked home haha xD
I just don't wanna over do it and I start feeling contractions/BH contractions @shortiebs
I still do regular stretches, strength training and yoga. Ive been doing it all pregnancy. Working out is good
I know it's a good exercise but I just didn't wanna walk one day and be like my water broke lol ... so many miles are good to walk a day? @mommiesworld @sarahrachel0715
I'm 29 weeks and I go for a walk in my neighborhood everyday
Exercise is good during pregnancy no matter how far along you are. Lord knows I need to more! Just don't over do yourself. :)
Yes definitely. I walked miles a day from the day I found out I was expecting. Walk away: ) wish I could go with you!

Me and my princess first time getting epidural and I’m numb from legs is this normal i can’t walk good yet
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Walking blocks & malls when I hit 36 weeks 😅 i rather walk her out than have to get induced 🤦🏾♀️ so hopefully I can get her out before my induction date 👏🏾

I been walking this week so hopefully Monday I've dilated some!
If you've done regular workouts and walking during your pregnancy you're probably fine. If you haven't then suddenly start might kinda shock your body and cause contraction if you haven't been working out I wouldn't suggest starting until 37 weeks
