Just got home from my doctors appointment . Blood pressure : marvelous , urine : great , weight : 144 lbs I gained 2 pounds in a week , Baby's heart Rate : fantastic , baby's size : approximately 18.7 inches ( 47.5 cm ) long and just under 6 pounds , Cervical Exam : negative , Preeclampsia free , no infections or diseases . Thank God everything is going so well for me with this pregnancy I'm truly blessed 😇💋😘😎
