There are few awesome books you can read that will give insight in preparing to have a natural birth. Sacred Birthing is my favorite book so far, and there's also hypno-birthing my friend did that with her 2nd and she loved it

@loveless @threekings101415 @boymama @momofroyalty @dasia all you ladies are so brave! I hope I have a great experience to to natural. I'd really love to try a water birth but I don't think they will let me in the hospital. I pray I don't need a csection.

water birth is the most amazing experience ever!!!! I was so in tune with my body and the water was really comforting
