I don't take anything now. I just suck it up.

I do but I'm only successful for short periods of time. once I get there is hard to get out of. @faithfulness88

Do you Ty to control it before taking anything? , @jomommaclark I do. It sucks but I have always tried to control it and if it gets to the point where I can't then I take the pills. Well before pregnancy.

actually I hate being home but I loathe idiots.

We can't focus that's why. It's like it control us. I wish there was something like a miracle that we can just not ever ever feel that. Or at least just once a year. Ugh!

@jomommaclark, when I start getting it I get so serious like I can hear people taking but it's like I am lost in my own mind. Yes everything gets annoying.

Yeah I think because we are pregnant is so much worst. I literally feel like I am going crazy. It calmed down right now. @jomommaclark The dr did prescribe me something for the anxiety a week ago but girl that doesn't help at all. Like at all.

@jomommaclark, I was on Xanax at first too but then they took me off it and they changed it to Ativan something like that. But I would only take them when I would stay getting the panic attack. It's the worst feeling right.

it's only worse now

I use to take 25mg of xanax to take the edge off as needed and I can't bc of the pregnancy. @faithfulness88 @lovelyonejess
