Yeah it's suppose to help you have a calmer...pain free or less pain natural birth....By taking all the negative things that are associated with giving birth n associate them with positive thinking n being able to block out everything around you @livd15

my MIL did and she gave me a book and I have watched classes online and videos. Wish I has the money to go to a class in person lol

I just looked into it its exactly what I need. it's around $300 is that about ur finding ? @tater4414 I just saw a birth boot camp that's all online and they send you all that ...would you say its worth $300 or would you have wanted in person

to do it here is $500 so it was kind a lot out of our budget haha!! honestly online and in person is I would think it's better in person but I'm doing online stuff and it's working well for me. @livd15

haha I had the same thing happen to me I was disappointed and kind of didn't trust my self but now that I've been studying and practicing I feel comfortable @livd15

that's very encouraging. I was so excited for the doula and thought it was the perfect path and was so discouraged when it fell through and I looked for another but that got exhausting so I think this is a great path ty! @tater4414
