Mommies.. Advice 😊
I've been breast feeding my new born.
We have a week &2 days.
Buuuut my boobs hurt allot after& the little cream to help out the crack and pain don't work on me any suggestions on what to do so I won't feel pain? 😕

I used a nipple shield for a little while when it was really bad, seemed to help alot and didn't bother baby going back and forth between using one and not using one

When you finish feeding or even before let the breast milk air dry on your nipples. Cleared mines up within a day or two

nipple shield will help and you can take a warm /hot shower and massage your boobs under the water. it should take some pain away
