Working mommies : how many weeks during my your pregnancy did you stop working ?
I'm a barista at Starbucks and just got taken out at 33 weeks because I'm measuring at 36.
My sister is 33 weeks and she is still working, plans on working until she has the baby.
@Kparis i know I just wanna work as much as I can to save as much money as I can :(
I'm an assistant manager at Palm Beach Tan! Yeah not getting leave is really stressful!
@lovemynugget12 Yeah wasn't so much the walking part as carrying trays and boxes of wine and beer boxs to the bar for inventory became impossible lol
@kparis what is your job ? I wish I had maternity leave :( but I also plan to be out for 10 - 12 weeks !
@karnawest okay I'm a waitress and I'm still here and doing okay at 23 weeks lol
I haven't had my baby yet, but I plan on working up until I give birth! Because i actually don't get leave, just "holding my job for up to 12 weeks" 😭😒😒😭
With my first I was on my feet all day (restaurant manager) and I had to stop by 32 weeks couldn't run anymore lol.
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
How many days do you have left ?!?
How many days until you're done work- if you're still working ?!
I really don't understand the judgment between being a working mom or a stay at home mom. If you need to work, work. If not, don't. No need to degrade other women for doing the opposite of you. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
We are having a debate at work....
Should you pick up hitchhikers?
How many of you ladies work??
I'm 23 weeks and plan on working up until my due date so I can take more time off when she's here. I'm pretty lucky, though, and don't have to be on my feet too much. I work in medical research and do sometimes have to perform EKGs, draw blood and do small procedures... those are the only aspects of my job that can get tiring.
