Update from yesterday's post: I had to resign. The stress of going through tribunal was too much. I've had a doctors appointment because I got myself so worked up yesterday that stomach was hurting and baby wasn't moving as much. (All okay now though). I also found out that the colleagues I thought were my friends ended up coming together to fabricate a story against me in order to save their own skins. You really can't trust anyone nowadays. Not sure what I am going to do for money being 34 weeks preggo. But at least I have my baby & my partner to support me through. How horrible people can be. :(

I would have never backed down.. You played right into his hands.. U would win of it went to court, even if u waited till baby was here and to be honest it would probably take that long anyways

@mummytobe, it's easier said than done if I'm honest. for some reason staff members ganged up on me for an easy life for themselves. He said he had a brilliant case against me and I don't need the stress

He basically tried to bully u out, your instilled to your maternity leave money no matter what, I feel for you because it's not the time u need to get stressed and upset x

It wouldn't have mattered if you set the place on fire after pissing on his face lovely, you're still entitled to smp, it's paid by government. Case or not it's yours you just need the paperwork, the citizens advice can help you with that 😊
